Borderman Private Detectives Agency into business since 2005 We are duly licenced and registered under all the Statutory Regulations of E.P.F., E.S.I.C., Service Tax, etc., We are rendering Security Guarding, Private Investigations and related products sales & services.
We have classified our Security Staff into five categories based on our clients’ budget & requirements and the value added services provided by us to facilitate our clients to select the staff based on their requirements & budget. We have also evaluated these categories based on the educational qualifications, physical standards and experience of the Security Staff apart from their Salary and Statutory Payments expected to be paid to them as per the State & Central Government’s Notifications.

The below rates are inclusive of
• Survey and Security Planning.
• Staff Recruitment & Training.
• Cost on Uniforms & Accessories.
• Cost on Staff Deployment & Rotation.
• Cost on Supervision Expenses.
• Cost on running an elaborate Office for Administration, Coordination & Paper work.
• Cost on the Value added supports.
Irrespective of their category, all our security staff will be Administratively and Operationally Managed and Supervised by our Senior and Junior Executives.
1. General Duty Guards
These are guards with basic education but have adequate experience and ability to do normal guarding duties efficiently. To complement their duties we will install one Electronic Intruder Alarm which does not have the complex human limitations, at no extra cost. Thus, our Client have two guards at the cost of one. These guards are purely on Direct Employment.
Their charges are Rs.13,000/- p.m. (12 Hours Duty)
2. Corporate / Industrial Guards
These Security guards will be at least matriculates, who can read and write local language and Hindi, with knowledge of English. These Guards will be well built and well versed in Guarding duties. Two Electronic Intruder Alarms will be provided at no extra cost. Thus, the Client have three guards at the cost of one.
Their charges are Rs.15,000/- p.m. (12 Hours Duty)
3. Elite Guards
These guards will be above matriculation and of top quality, capable of reading and writing English, Hindi, and local languages, well built and usually about 5’7” in height, clad in very impressive uniforms and are highly efficient in their duties, having more than Six years experience in security guarding duties. For every two / three guards deployed per shift, we will back them up with One deep search HAND HELD METAL DETECTOR and three Electronic Intruder Alarms for 24 hours security. Wherever more than 25 guards are deployed we will install one video camera at the most vulnerable spot – at no extra cost.
Their charges are Rs.17,000/- p.m. (12 Hours Duty)
4. Ex-Servicemen / D.G.R. Guards (9 Hours Duty)
We also provide Ex-Servicemen Guards, as per the norms of the Directorate of Resettlement.
Their charges will be provide if requested.
5.Guards as per Minimum Wages Act (9 Hours Duty)
Almost all Organizations, both in Public and Private Sectors, are aware of the numerous advantages of engaging Agency Security, instead of employing staff on their payroll. This is mainly to offload the enormous paperwork & problems of dealing with the Statutory Bodies. A few serious statutory commitments, as applicable to the establishments, are listed below.
• Staff Salaries (minimum) as per the Act of 1936.
• E.S.I.C. (Employer’s 4.5 %) as per the Act of 1948.
• E.P.F. (Employer’s 13.61%) as per the Act of 1956.
• S.T. (Client’s Contribution 10.30%) as per the Act of 1990.
• Gratuity as Per the Act of 1972.
• Annual / Casual / Sick Leave as per the Act of 1966.
• Bonus (8.33%) as per the Act of 1965.
• Cost of Uniforms, Accessories, Torches, Batons, Raincoats, Shoes etc.
• General Holidays 20 days a year, Fringe Benefits and Allowances.
• Overtime (Double) as per the Act of 1976.
Supervisory Staff
Supervision, documentation & leadership is most essential in guarding assignments and thus our insistence on the same as per the below tried and tested formula.
• A Head Guard is essential @ 1 in every unit of 2 / 3 guards working around the clock, as he is expected and should be at least 25% more efficient than the guard, thus their charges are 25% extra.
• A Security Supervisor is essential @ 1 in a platoon of 6 guards, and as he is expected to have at least 50% more efficiency than the guard and thus their charges are 50% extra.
• An Assistant Security Officer @ 1 in every two platoons, 75% extra.
• A Security Officer @ 1 in every three platoons, 100% more, in all the respective categories.
The Charges
The service payments will be made directly to the Security Staff working for you.
Our Charges Are
• Supervision & Administration charges @ 15%.
• Company commission @ 10%.
In case the payments are made by cheque, the staff will be on our payment and the below is also applicable:

Payment towards E.P.F. @ 13.61 %
Payment towards Bonus. @ 8.33 %
Payment towards Gratuity. @ 4.81 %
Annual & Casual Leaves. @ 12.33 %
Gazette Holidays (18 days) @ 5.00 %
